Akash is a CPA and MBA that has worked on over 30 M&A deals in technology across the consolidation space (Trilogy Inc and ESW Capital). He is a restructuring expert and knows how to run tech companies cheaper by leveraging cloud technologies. He is also an ambient electro-acoustic organic house producer and artist PranaAndSky. He plays and mixes live multiple-world instruments with advanced chord progressions in a state of the art music studio
